Abstract Submission Information

General Information on Abstract Submission

You are invited to submit abstracts for either oral or e-poster presentation at the Conference. Please read the following guidelines before submission:

  • Abstracts related to any one of the following categories will be considered: Clinical Practice, Education and Research
  • There is a limit of one submission per presenting author.
  • Expenses associated with the submission and presentation of the abstract is the responsibility of the presenters.
  • The presenting author must complete the online Abstract Submission Application Form. Abstract submission by fax or post will NOT be accepted.
  • Abstract submission deadline is 18:00 (GMT+8) on 31 March 2024 (Sunday).
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding authors by 19 April 2024 (Friday) with the instructions for oral presentation or e-poster preparation.
    1. Shortlisted presenters for oral presentations will be invited to give an 8-minute presentation at the Conference.
    2. Shortlisted presenters for e-poster presentations will be invited to produce their digital poster(s) for display at the Conference.
  • The presenting author is required to register on or before 30 April 2024 (Tuesday) to confirm his / her participation in the oral / e-poster presentation.
  • Research that has been published or presented at any national or international meeting prior to this conference is discouraged.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published as submitted and distributed at the Conference. Changes to abstracts will not be accepted after the submission deadline.
  • The Conference reserves the right to make minor editorial changes on the abstracts.
  • If you are unable to upload your abstract file or wish to make any changes or amendments to your abstract file, please contact the ACCP 2024 Secretariat via email at abstract@accp2024.org. Please do NOT re-submit your abstract.

Guidelines for the Preparation of Abstract

  • Title of abstract: capitalize the first letter of each noun and in bold at the top of the abstract. Avoid using abbreviations in the title.
  • Author list: Type name(s) of author(s) with initials first, e.g. First/Middle initial(s), Surname; underline` the name of the presenting author.
  • Affiliation list: Institution, Department, City, State/Province, Country
  • Content: The abstract should consist of the following contents: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions, Keyword, Research site and Contact address. However, it is not necessary to organize the abstract under different headings.
  • The abstract, excluding title and author and affiliation lists, should be no more than 300 words.
  • Abstract should be typed single-line spacing using 12-point font of Times New Roman and saved in MS Word format.
  • Abstract submissions and presentations should be in English.
  • Standard abbreviations and generic drug names should be used.
